Dupe often describes a perceived or claimed similarity between fragrances without establishing an identical formula. A shared floral or amber accord may produce different experiences. Examine the actual brand being sold and its own description, then avoid treating a comparison found online as a certified statement of equivalence.
Compare the products for what they offer
Try the fragrances separately and record their opening, development and comfort in wear. Add price, format and presentation afterwards. An affordable alternative may appeal on its own merits; that proves neither that it reproduces a specific creation nor that it should automatically be regarded as a counterfeit product.
