Clean is an olfactory association
A perfume described as “clean” may recall laundry, soap or softly scented skin. That impression comes from an olfactory construction; it does not demonstrate a healthier formula or an absence of fragrance substances. Musks, flowers and citrus can all contribute to the effect, producing very different results within the same broad description.
Find freshness that remains personal
Compare a luminous laundry effect with a more powdery or woody sensation close to skin. Some compositions feel quiet to the wearer while remaining noticeable to others, so avoid automatic top-ups. The right balance brings comfort without turning an impression of cleanliness into a need to maintain a continuously noticeable perfume around you.
