A wholesale purchase begins with product references, sizes and quantities suited to your customers. Separate fragrances intended for resale from any accessories or testers. This preparation enables comparison of genuinely equivalent proposals and helps prevent stock from being assembled solely around advertised reductions rather than a considered retail assortment.
Check traceability and the scope of supply
Request the supplier’s contractual identity, purchase documentation and delivery, complaint and replenishment conditions. A brand appearing in a catalogue does not establish every possible distribution authorisation. Explain your intended sales channel and obtain written confirmation of essential points before committing money to an order or longer supply arrangement.
